Jose and his staff are amazing. Not many people are willing to fly boxers or snub nose breeds because of breathing issues. It's very stressful trusting your pet with strangers. Jose is very communicative and made me feel at ease from my very first call. He is thorough with what is required regarding crate size, paperwork and health requirements.
